1. Service Overview
My Greet Tiffin Services provides home-style cooked meals on a subscription basis. Meals are prepared with care and hygiene, following standard food safety practices.
2. Subscription & Orders
All services are provided on a prepaid subscription basis unless stated otherwise.
Subscription duration (weekly/monthly/custom) must be selected at the time of booking.
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified for the same day.
3. Delivery Policy
Tiffins are delivered at the scheduled time slot, which may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery location.
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability will not be eligible for refund or adjustment.
4. Menu & Customization
Menu is decided by My Greet Tiffin Services and may change without prior notice.
Limited customization may be available depending on the plan.
Special dietary requests (low spice, Jain food, etc.) should be informed in advance and are subject to availability.
5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in advance through approved payment modes.Prices are subject to change; however, existing subscriptions will remain unaffected until renewal.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours in advance.
No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or missed meals.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
7. Pause / Skip Meals
Meal pause requests must be informed minimum 24 hours prior.
Pause benefits are subject to the chosen plan and may not be applicable for short-term subscriptions.
8. Quality & Hygiene
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
Any quality-related concern must be reported on the same day of delivery for consideration.
Complaints raised after consumption or delay may not be entertained.
9. Packaging & Returns
Tiffin boxes should be returned in clean condition (if reusable).
Damage or loss of tiffin containers may attract additional charges.

11. Limitation of Liability
My Greet Tiffin Services shall not be held liable for:
Allergic reactions if not informed in advance
Delays caused by external factors
Health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions

My Greet Tiffin Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of revised terms.
